Hello, I am Ethan Randolph. I am one of continuous improvement and motivated to make a change where I go. With my B.S. in Computer Science (that I obtained in 2022), I apply this methodology to the software industry, to ensure that both my workplace and my clients get the latest and the highest quality service that I can offer them. Whether I am quickly learning with my peers or lifting them up with my expertise, I continue to move forward. At CSUSB, I was mainly involved with utilizing Virtual Reality with the Unreal Engine to help develop custom projects to clients such as faculty that also shared our vision. I have practiced with UE's multiplayer API, headless CLI tooling, shared code plugin management between several projects, all while creating an automated pipeline with Github Actions to help furthen xREAL Lab's productivity and stability like never before. I continued to work with GazaXR, LLC, in order to present a unique VR experience to show guests Gaza before the war that began on October 7, 2023. I also continue to furthen my skills with my side projects, such as this website or my resume generator.
